Videos asks a little from us for obvious reasons, but they are not hard to make and of course you can always outsource it. Both of you can get more exposure because the video can be placed in their and your channels. If you pull this off just right, you can gain more viewers and possibly subscribers. The only one thing that could be a real stickler with this is if you have few videos in your channel and very few subscribers. But if you can do this, then both of you will spread your brand a little more which is always good. You should put in all your efforts to give your viewers real value by focusing on giving them current information through your videos. You have to be willing to test things out, and your market will see you as someone who is different. One really cool thing about YouTube is the incredibly huge amount of diversity. Just like with a blog, you need to keep your channel from going stale with no new videos for months on end.
